PARTY EQUIPMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT

Disclaimer: By renting our party rental equipment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this disclaimer carefully before renting any of our equipment.

  1. Rental Period: The rental period begins when the equipment is picked up by the customer or delivered by our company, the rental period ends when the equipment is returned by the customer or picked up by our company. Late returns will be subject to additional fees.
  2. Damage or Loss: The customer is responsible for the care and safekeeping of the equipment during the rental period. The customer is liable for any damages or loss of equipment and agrees to pay for all repairs or replacements necessary.
  3. Safety: The customer agrees to use our party rental equipment in a safe and responsible manner. It is the customer's responsibility to read and follow all safety instructions provided by our company. Failure to do so may result in injury or damage to the equipment or other property.
  4. Liability: The customer assumes all liability for injuries or damages caused by the use of our party rental equipment. We are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur while using our equipment, including but not limited to personal injuries, property damages, or damages to other equipment.
  5. Indemnification: The customer agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our party rental equipment, including but not limited to legal fees and expenses.

By renting our party rental equipment, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this disclaimer, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us before renting any equipment.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. If the client cancels the rental agreement more than 14 days prior to the scheduled event date, the client will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made towards the rental.
  2. If the client cancels the rental agreement less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to the scheduled event date, the client will forfeit 50% of the total rental fee.
  3. If the client cancels the rental agreement 7 days or less prior to the scheduled event date, the client will forfeit the entire rental fee.
  4. In the event that the party rental business cannot fulfill the rental agreement due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control, the business will provide a full refund or offer an alternative date or equipment rental at no additional cost to the client.
  5. If the client requests to reschedule the rental agreement, the party rental business will make every effort to accommodate the request, subject to availability. However, rescheduling may result in additional fees or charges.
  6. Any changes or cancellations to the rental agreement must be made in writing and acknowledged by both parties.
